Seems like 2015 is the end of the Land Rover Defender era. The British off-roader is on it's last year of production, putting an end to the Land Rover lineage that goes all the way back to 1948, with it's body-on-frame construction, 12 mpg fuel efficiency and rectangular shapes that even charmed Queen Elizabeth II. It seems like the brute can no longer keep up with modern efficiency standards, but it's legacy will be forever immortalized by all of it's worldwide owners and followers. This video that shows us the way in which Defender's are still being made on Land Rover's Midlands factory it's a soothing way to say "Goog bye!".
